Anda Salifu

Anda Salifu has over 15 years of experience in the delivery of effective employment & training services to job seekers. She has been in the employment and workforce development sector in Canada since 2006.

Her skills are in community development, solution-focused employment & career counseling, job development, client case management, and strategy consulting. Ms. Salifu specializes in employment & career planning, project management, organizational development, policy planning, and public-private collaborations and engagement. Ms. Salifu is a graduate of York University where she obtained an honors degree in Sociology and a certificate in Public Policy Analysis. In addition, she holds a diploma in Community-Based Development and professional certificates in Motivational Interviewing, Effective Training Workshop, Community Resource Management and Job Development.

Ms. Salifu has been the instrumental driver of the setup of ACESD and its ongoing strategic planning, program development and implementation. Previously worked with ActionAid Ghana, she is committed to using her extensive experience and expertise to design innovative workforce development solutions that ensure youth and women’s economic sustainability, opportunities and inclusion.
