This program is dedicated to providing mentorship and support for younger individuals, particularly girls, by pairing them with older mentors, or “big sisters.” This program aims to create a positive and empowering environment where young participants can receive guidance, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships with their mentors.
Through one-on-one interactions and group activities, the Big Sister Program focuses on fostering personal development, confidence, and a sense of community, ultimately helping young girls navigate the challenges of growing up with the support of a caring mentor.
